Charles Heid

Charlie has worked professionally for over 20 years in offices located in Chicago, Los Angeles, and Detroit and brings with him an extensive wholistic knowledge for programming, design and construction at many scales.

Projects which he has contributed to and have inspired him include the multitude of Facebook campuses across the globe, the Battersea Power Station Development in London, the Assembly residential adaptive reuse in Detroit’s Corktown neighborhood, and most recently before establishing his own practice, the Hudson’s Site development in downtown Detroit.

Charlie holds a Masters of Architecture from The University of California Los Angeles and an Undergraduate degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois - Chicago.
